FOTD: Smokey purple feat my friend Vanessa

So my friend and co-worker Vanessa came over yesterday so we could practice her makeup look for halloween ..she is going to be a dark fairy...her costume consists of black and purple so I decided to go for kind of a smokey eye using different shades of purple!! we had alot of fun because I love doing makeup and she was just so awesome to work with!!

We didnt do any e/l on the upper lashline because I still dont have enough practice to do e/l on other people and she herself doesnt know how to apply it to herself so we decided to skip it but even without I think the look came out pretty good!!

Ok so now onto what we used

Eyes:

Loreal De-crease

Wetnwild cream shadow stick in techno

Visine eye drops

NYX ultra pearl mania pigment in true purple

Loreal H.i.P duo in wicked

Maybelline single e/s in vanilla

Avon mascara

Styli-style e/l in black

NYX concealer in a jar in medium

Revlon colorstay pressed powder in medium

NYC blush in riverside rose

HUGE Collective Haul!! ++PIC HEAVY++

So I have another haul for u girls...I have been collecting all these things for the past month and a half..thats why all the pics are separated and all at different angles!!

so these things I got from Target and mac..I decided to give CG wetslicks a try because Ive never tried CG lip products and to my surprise they are super pretty shades and I love trhe consistency of these..I also got a Sonia Kashuk blush in Flamingo---a light baby pink shade, and from Mac I got a lipstick in Blankety--recommended by the makeup artist there, they are always so nice and also a lipglass from my wishlist in Cultured

and a while ago from CVS I went to buy a new REvlon cs foundation in Warm golden, Revlon Cosmetics were at BOGOF so I got a mineral foundation also..I havent tried out the mineral yet since Im still using my Maybelline mineral power one but well see how I like it..

From another visit to walmart I got a hard candy Kal-eye-descope baked e/s duo in rock n roll---super duper pigmented and another CG lip product---a l/s in Pillow pink---> also <3

then also a while ago from H-E-B I picked up..clean & clear moisturizer, 2 maybelline l/s, elf eyelash curler and an elf e/l pen...I bought another of these e/l pens because I already have one and I love it and didnt want to run out but I guess these arent all made the same because this second one I bought sux..

and from Big lots I bought this blush and whats below

I got a pair of e/l brushes, revlon l/s in pinkerbella-very hot pink shade, a revon cs l/s and a maybelline blush in pinch-o-pink---hot pink shade also

when I went to mac I also stopped bu f21 to purchase some earrings arent they cute??

NOW ON TO SWATCHES!!!

**excuse my terrible dry skin..this cold weather is kicking my butt..plus Im a medical assistant always washing her hands!!lol!!!**

I almost forgot to mention these revlon brushes I got at wal-mart which I am in love with I have been using the blush brush everyday since I bought it

Last time I order from Avon + mini Avon Haul!!

So Im Here with an Avon haul and a bit of a rant...so this is my second time ordering from 2 different  Avon Reps and it seems like everytime I place an order...something happens and my order takes like 3 weeks for it to be delivered to me...I know the reps that I order from have a life and things happen but OMG for it to happen to me two times from different reps makes me think I should just give up on Avon..I am a very impatient person when it comes to waiting for packages that I'm really looking forward to so I guess this is a sign that I should just give up on placing orders from Avon...plus I really need to take it easy on my spending..Im gonna take it easy on my make-up hauling and spend my money on clothes and shoes....YAY!!

I ordered 3 lippies, 2 blushes, & 1 mascara

the only thing I dont like about the blushes is the packaging is too bulky

but the colors are AMAZING!!

fave of course is Rose lustre

and this mascara I already owned before and I threw it away a while back cuz it was time to, so I got it again...I <3 IT!!

So thats it I hope I can keep my word on less make-up hauling....BTW am I annoying you girls with all these "Haul"  posts?? I just cant seem to get any inspiration for other kind of posts I've been feeling super lazy latey..Hopefully I'll be able to sprinkle on some creativity on me soon!!lol!!!

Weekend FOTD's & small haul!!

So it feels like its been a long time!! so here I am with some of the faces I had this weekend...

ive been wanting to try this perfume from Britney Spears..so I got this ginormous size bottle for $20 at Marshalls ...love the smell

L.A Colors goodies from dollar tree....Eyeshadow palette in "dreamy", blush in "pink blush", & another palette in "trendy"

oh and at walmart I got the new Loreal telescopic explosion mascara...I had a $1 off coupon Im still test driving it so Ill let u know what I think later :D

and this desk organizer I bought at marshalls...i love the wonderful design on it

I also got these babies @ CVS..I love them, this package came with an extra blending brush


look at how beautiful they are!!

oh I also bought this little tray @ dollar tree to put my perfumes they look so cute
