So I finally got myself a lighted vanity mirror [has been on the top of my wishlist] and I was able to customize my own "vanity" space...so I thought I would post pics and show you some ideas on how to customize your own vantiy space if you are on a budget or just don't want to spend alot of money like me...
So at Target I purchased this lighted vanity mirror..which is very handy because it's battery operated...so cool!!
so this is the old mirror I would use..very short and not lighted..I got this at Big lots for about $2-3....I think.
and my new mirror was $20.99
look how pretty it looks lighted... :D
also this is my self customized vanity...it's actually a computer desk I purchased at walmart for about $35, It was affordable, has a nice workspace and was super easy to build..I built it myself with a little help from the hubby [I'm so proud of myself]
so this is how the top looks like..the little containers on the side are actualy two separate containers stacked on each other [w/makeup ofcourse], my mirrors, and makeup brushes..btw the mirror on the wall is a decorative wall mirror from Home Interior :D
this is how the bottom looks like..I still need to work on organizing this part
and at Dollar General I bought this lip palette in "kissable"
The colors are so beautiful 
this is how it looks like after one application..the brush it comes with sucks...its too stiff...good thing I have a softer lip brush

I love both mirrors and I love the vanity area/space. Cool ideas dear. Ok I really need to check out my local dollar store to get me some LA colors products. What is the texture and durability of those lip glosses?
I love your setup! So cute! The mirror on the wall is gorgeous! I need one of those! I got a lighted mirror similar to that from walmart. But it's by revlon. Sad thing is my daughter broke one side of it 2 days after I bought it. But it still works so that's good! I'd like to see your makeup collection someday! Looks like a lot of goodies!
My gosh, I love your vanity. My vanity table is so small that I dont really have room for anything else lol. Also, I 've always wanted a lighted mirror and for 20 bucks? That is cheap!
