So my friend and co-worker Vanessa came over yesterday so we could practice her makeup look for halloween ..she is going to be a dark fairy...her costume consists of black and purple so I decided to go for kind of a smokey eye using different shades of purple!! we had alot of fun because I love doing makeup and she was just so awesome to work with!!
We didnt do any e/l on the upper lashline because I still dont have enough practice to do e/l on other people and she herself doesnt know how to apply it to herself so we decided to skip it but even without I think the look came out pretty good!!
Ok so now onto what we used
Eyes:
Loreal De-crease
Wetnwild cream shadow stick in techno
Visine eye drops
NYX ultra pearl mania pigment in true purple
Loreal H.i.P duo in wicked
Maybelline single e/s in vanilla
Avon mascara
Styli-style e/l in black
Lips:
Maybelline Infallible l/g in undeniable mauve
Face:
NYX concealer in a jar in medium
Revlon colorstay pressed powder in medium
NYC blush in riverside rose

I think you did a beautiful job! And if someone ever wants e/l done and you're too scared to try it, you can always use a dark eyeshadow with an angled brush. That's what I used to do when I started out doing makeup on others. But I don't think it even needed it.
I loveeeeeeeeeeeee purples! I think you did a good job! The only cc I would give is maybe curl her lashes and do a darker coat of mascara? But other than that, it looks great! (:
