Moving my make-up to my new apt!!!

So this weekend we have been moving stuff to our new apt and I am being so careful on how i handle my make-up stash...so this is how I packed it..I just put the mini drawers in the boxes!! so in this first box I put 3 drawers , my brushes, mirror, & misc stuff

and here are 2 more drawers and my np collections!!
So we wont officially move out till wednesday so these babies are staying here with me till we are def settled over there...I love them so I can't leave them alone :D

Avon L/S [swatches] + New Book

I stopped by an Avon store today and omg there were so many goodies..I only picked up these 3 lippies cuz the store was almost closing...So what did I pick up, I got these three lipsticks, they were $3.99 each. I also brought home a catalog so I just might place and order but I don't know yet since this month it's kinda hectic for me since we're in the process of moving out...I HATE MOVING!!! Too much stress!!!
So these are the 3 colors I got....Berrylicious, Flower, & Sunset Rose

The colors looked kinda weird swatched on my arm so I decided to do actual lip swatches

On the way home my hubby wanted to stop at the The Half Price Bookstore and guess what he bought me the book I wanted.."The Beauty of Color IMAN" I am so excited to have this book...I had been wanting it for a while now..so I'm glad to have it :D

So this is what I did to myself today..nothing fancy just blush, e/l, lip balm, and mascara...I wasn't too energetic for make-up...So I guess this is all for now...questions, comments..let me know!!!

EOTD: Bright Green!

I did this look last night!! I was inspired by my shirt..lol!!! [the sunset text]

I decided to do a green look cuz I havent done a green look in a while, so I used my 120 palette cuz it had alot of pretty green shades...

I used three colors from 120 e/s palette... a lime green color, a teal-green color, and a yellow color

Cherryculture.com & Walgreens Haul

I am so happy that I finally received my cherryculture haul!! I received it yesterday but since my mailbox in my apts is too small they dropped it off at the front office and when I got home from work yesterday they were already closed so I had to wait till today to pick it up....I am so glad I finally got it cuz I was almost having an anxiety attack cuz it was taking too long...I am going to show u girls my haul from cc and from walgreens..lots and lots of pics!!!

So this is how they were are nicely wrapped:D

I got mostly nyx lippie stuff,
Amuse chocolate lipgloss,nyx round lipstick, nyx round lipgloss, nyx megashine lipgloss

ok so as my free gift I received this Amuse chocolate l/g...{it's so kute}, I ordered 3 round l/s cuz like most of y'all I am obsessed and in love with them!!



I decided to give their round l/g another try cuz I heard they had fixed their stoppers!! the ones I currently own have the stopper messed up [it pops out]..so so far so good no popping stopper





I had been wanting to buy these for the longest time..they are so cute and pigmented, plus they're huge!!

I also got three wild and crazy singles!!! These omg surprised me, they are super pigmented, the swatches below are done without a base...and also got the NYX concealer in a jar in "medium"

I went to walgreens last weekend...my intentions were to buy some ECO-TOOLS m/u brushes but sadly they didnt have the ones I wanted :(, SO I ended up buying some other stuff, I saw the L'oreal H.i.P lip products on a bogo so I picked up two jelly balms...and from wnw I got a single e/s in cream and one of those new gel e/l in eggplant..I dont really like the consistency of the gel liner [it's too greasy]

So these are some of the new products I got my hands on..any questions..let me know!! HAve a good day ladies..I'm off to enjoy my day off from work!! YAY ME!!!

Review: E.l.f. Duo Eye Shadow Cream

Where I bought these and for how much??

I bought them online on the elf website for $1 a piece

What the elf website states:

Express yourse.l.f. with the easy to blend, crease resistant, creamy duo eye shadow colors. Each gorgeous shade can be worn alone or together for a dramatic effect. The soft-blending formula can also be layered under powder eye shadow to set the color in and keep it lasting vibrant all day.

Directions:

Apply shadow to upper eyelid, blending in the lighter shade to illuminate and the darker shade for contouring and lining to achieve desired effect.

What I love about them:

In my opinion I love these they are a perfect base..the loose eyeshadow really grab on to these, for a dollar a piece i couldn't have made a better purchase, ..the colors within the duos go very well with each other. My fave is olive...why cuz I love the green in this duo..I would actually compare these to my revlon cream shadows..they almost have the same consistency..to check out swatches for revlon creme shadows..click here,

so if u dont mind spending $1 on a really good base for their price dont be afraid to pick up these duo creme e/s form elf

What I don't love:

They do crease alot..u have to keep these below ur crease in order to avoid this problem and also use a primer first..also while swatching I noticed that mocha swirl, butter pecan and berry mix look alot alike so i would recommend just picking out one out of these three. The other three do have very pretty different shades..

HEY GURLIES HOW U BEEN??? WELL I'VE BEEN DOING GOOD, JUST EXHAUSTED FROM WORK..I NOW FEEL LIKE I DONT GET ENOUGH REST I ALWAYS FEEL VERY TIRED....I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE WEEKEND CUZ IT'S THE ONLY REAL TIME I GET TO SPEND WITH MY LOVE, SO FAR I AM HAVING A GREAT TIME WITH HIM..SO I HAVENT DONE MUCH HAULING SINCE I JUST PLACED AN ORDER FROM CHERRYCULTURE.COM..SO AS SOON AS IT COMES IN I'LL BE DOING A POST ON THAT AS FOR NOW HERE IS MY LOOK FOR FRIDAY NIGHT :D

As a base I used elf shimmering facial whip in "citrus", all over lid I used sally girl "rose", on crease I used the plumy purple in the "wicked" hip duo and as a highlight I used sally girl "snow"

FOR EYELINER I USED L'OREAL LINUER INTENSE IN CARBON BLACK..I LOVE THIS STUFF IT MAKES IT SO EASY TO LINE MY EYES

as for my lips I have carmex and revlon colorstay "pink pout"

FOR BLUSH I USED WETNWILD MINERAL BLUSH IN "PURELY MAUVE"
